10-Year Limited Warranty
Our products are designed to outlast the vehicles they are installed in. If your vehicle, for whatever reason, happens to outlast your Precision Fleet Gear 10 year warranty, we want to hear from you anyway!
Precision Fleet Gear warrants to the original purchaser that its products, when properly installed, used, and maintained, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”).
Coverage
During the Warranty Period, Precision Fleet Gear will, at its sole discretion, either:
- Repair: Repair any product that is determined by Precision Fleet Gear to be defective in materials or workmanship.
- Replace: Replace the defective product with a new product of the same or equivalent model.
Exclusions:
This Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or acts of God.
- Damage resulting from modifications, alterations, or repairs made by anyone other than Precision Fleet Gear or its authorized service providers.
- Damage caused by failure to follow Precision Fleet Gear’s instructions for installation, use, and maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage that does not affect the product’s functionality.
- Products installed on vehicles that have been modified or used in a manner that exceeds the manufacturer’s specifications.
- Costs associated with the removal of the defective product and the installation of the repaired or replacement product.
- Shipping costs to return the product to Precision Fleet Gear.
Limitations:
- This Warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
- Precision Fleet Gear’s liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, as determined by Precision Fleet Gear.
- In no event shall Precision Fleet Gear be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or damage to other equipment.
- This Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Claim Procedure:
To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must:
- Contact Precision Fleet Gear customer service within the Warranty Period at 1-888-891-4269 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Provide proof of purchase, including the original purchase receipt and date of purchase.
- Clearly describe the defect and provide any relevant supporting documentation, such as photographs or videos.
- Return the defective product, properly packaged and with the RMA number clearly marked on the package, to the address provided by Precision Fleet Gear customer service.

- This is a limited warranty, and it sets forth the full extent of Precision Fleet Gear’s responsibilities.
- Always follow Precision Fleet Gear’s installation, use, and maintenance instructions to ensure proper product performance and to maintain the validity of this Warranty.
